| Always make your Frame Border Image first so you know what size to make your background. The Framed Border Image Tutorial can be found here. The finished size of the Frame Border I made with this image is 375x325. | |||
| 1.
I take the image (300 x 250) I am using for the border and I duplicate it (shift D). |

| 2. Click Image/Blur/Gaussian Blur set Radius 15 | |||

3. Your image should look like this: |

| 4. Click Image/Resize set width = 1024 height= 355 (I set the height 30 pixels larger than the image (finished frame border) I am using as border which is 375x325 Uncheck maintain aspect ratio of: | |||

6. On the resized image (1024x325) Click Image/Plug-in/FM Tile Tools/Seamless Tiles |

Settings - Texture ( I use generally one of two textures Footprts or Frsdgls others may be used. Scaling - 100%, Relief -4, Light Direction - Top, apply texture the image. |

| 11. If you need the textures you can download them by clicking on the name textures it is a zip file containing both textures. | |||
